The planning and organizing is on-going! We will need volunteers, sponsors, donations, and participants to make this day a success!! Come on out and join us….
SPONSORS/VENDORS….
We are looking for businesses and/or individuals to assist with sponsoring the event and/or making donations for the event. If you own a business, work for a company that would like to participate as a vendor, and/or know someone who owns a business, please let us know. We would greatly appreciate the support and your time!
This would be a great opportunity to advertise your business. Advertising on Porter's website and event day signs will be provided for those businesses that are vendors/sponsors.

VOLUNTEERS…..
We will need a large number of volunteers…this is a great way to GET YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS COMPLETED! We need everything from runners to pacers, to setup & take-down, from registration to parking assistant. Please take look at the volunteer needs and SIGN-UP……WE NEED YOUR HELP!
DONATIONS NEEDED for our DOOR PRIZE BASKETS…..
We are looking for DONATIONS for our gift baskets to help make the event extra special. We’ll be gifting these baskets as ‘door prizes’ to our walkers!
See the link below for the themes of the baskets, they are divided by grade level. We’d appreciate anything you can donate! And remember, you can get volunteer hours for donating (but only 3 donation hours per student.)
