Face to Face Concussion Training - Winter Session
When: Wednesday, January 11, 2017
Where: Porter Cafeteria
Time: 6:30 Sharp! Doors will be locked & you will not be able to attend if you are late!! (PWC Policy)
** Student athlete must be accompanied by their parent
** Presentation will last 1 hour
** If you are thinking about trying our for Basketball or Baseball please plan on attending. There will be a Spring concussion training session also but, if this works for your schedule please plan on attending!
Who Needs to Take Face-to-Face and Who is Eligible for the Online Training?
Student athletes/parents and coaches, including all incoming 6th graders and/or anyone new to Prince William County Public Schools, must attend one face-to-face Concussion Education Training session prior to Athletic Tryouts or Intramural/Club Sports Participation.
Student athletes and parents who have already attended a face-to-face training session in the past, including 7th and 8th graders, are eligible to take this year’s mandatory concussion training online.Click the icon below to start the online training.
Student athletes who complete the Online Concussion Training should print the Completion Certificate and submit it along with a the 4-page Athletic Forms packet, including current Sports Physical to Mrs. Yeatts prior to athletic tryouts or intramural/club participation.
