Porter Traditional School

  • Week of January 20th
    Happy Friday Porter Patriots!

We survived a full week back to school after winter break!

This week was jam packed with learning to make up for the time we lost with the snow days and delays. Next week we will be finishing up the quarter and getting ready to start the 3rd marking period. I cannot believe how quickly this school year is flying by! Room 105 is learning so much and is really learning how to be the best scholars and citizens in and out of the classroom.

Study guides for the Language Arts test were distributed on Tuesday. Students should use the extra day over the weekend to prepare for the test on Tuesday, January 21st.

Don't forget: There is no school on Monday in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Day!

Mid-year conferences are coming up! If you are interested in meeting with me to discuss your child's growth, please use this SIGN-UP GENIUS. If these times do not work for you and you are interested in a conference, please email me to schedule an appointment.

Tomorrow is the Porter Ice Skating Night!

Start your long weekend with a night of family fun and ice skating! Invite all of your family and even your friends!  It should be an exciting time!
