2nd Grade

As second graders you will get the opportunity to go on an amazing journey! We’ll learn about the seven continents, the 5 oceans, the Native American tribes and much more.

You will become skillful mathematicians who use tools such as the number line, hundreds chart, cubes, geometric shapes, and much more to solve everyday math problems.

You will study the wonders of science by exploring animal life cycles, adaptations, habitats and matter.

You will learn the writing process and become young authors by writing many different types of stories. Books will be our best friend this year for we will be reading a whole lot.

We are so excited to go on this fun-filled journey with you! So, put on your seatbelts and prepare for the ride!
