These
fitness
enthusiasts
extend
their
exercising
and
knowledge
of
health
and
wellness
through
exploration
of
different
types
of
exercising,
including
medicine
weights,
yoga,
Pilates,
resistance
bands,
and
much
more.
These
students
are
excited
and
motivated
to
extended
their
knowledge
and
exercising
abilities.
We
also
extend
on
wellness
including
nutrition
and
sleep
habits
and
the
importance
of
maintaining
a
healthy
lifestyle.
This
class
is
capped
at
10
students
per
semester.
